Hey, there’s always hope. And where there’s hope, there’s inspiration, too.
I was recently inspired by an interesting find on the Galveston MLS, which find was actually inspired by another semi-recent event, a Stephen King read, on an aeroplane at Christmastime, called Duma Key, a book that rekindled an earlier memory (for no discernible reason) of a certain B52s tune that I still, by God, like a real lot.
Of course, I’m hoping to fare better than King’s protagonist in Duma Key, but who knows at this point. Things haven’t exactly been going swimmingly for me lately.
But where there’s inspiration, there’s hope, right? And this cute little “Key West cottage” looks like it’s just longing to lift the spirits of a weary Pacific Northwest transplant. I’m ready to set up housekeeping and call it home. Love those palms!
