It is obviously a painful loss to you which comes as no surprise as you are a loving person who cherishes relationships above all else. I'm so sorry you are going through this. Your attitude of "moving on" is admirable and is absolutely the right thing to do. What else can you do? You are right, you have a bright and promising future ahead of you and a fresh start to kick start your new life. Jeff would be proud. I agree with Linda, they sound like fair-weathered friends and there is only one word for relationships like that.....NEXT! P.S. We enjoyed our visit last night.
